These terms describe the nature of Echoes Before and how submitted material is used.

Nature of the experience

Echoes Before creates personalized spiritual interpretations and literary narratives from information you provide, including reflections, relationships, practitioner notes, and astrology. Many customers regard past lives and intuitive insight as spiritually real and personally meaningful. The resulting interpretation is offered as a spiritual and creative experience; it is not independently verified historical fact, scientific evidence, medical or mental-health advice, or a prediction of future events.

Your material and other people

You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit the information you provide. When describing another person, share only what is appropriate for this private creative purpose. You may request fictional names and specify boundaries for portrayal.

Portrait photographs and generated artwork

If you upload a portrait, you confirm that you have permission to provide and transform the image for this private commission. The photograph may be stored privately and processed by the service’s image provider to create the customer’s Across Time Portrait. The resulting artwork is an artistic interpretation, not facial identification, identity verification, or a factual depiction of a historical person.

Astrology and interpretation

Astrological information—including South Node themes—may inform names, eras, locations, relationships, abilities, recurring patterns, and soul lessons. Interpretations are delivered in a direct narrative voice as part of the commissioned experience.

Historical settings

A novella may incorporate real historical events, customs, technologies, trades, social conditions, and details of ordinary life to ground its fictional world. These contextual elements are distinct from the original characters, private events, and spiritual interpretation, which are not presented as independently verified biography or historical record.

Privacy, records, and your Soul Archive

Submitted information and generated content may be retained in the private Echoes Before production system so the work can be reviewed, revised, completed, delivered, and supported. When Soul Archive continuity is selected, a concise private memory of completed stories may be associated with the same customer email and used to create subtle continuity in later incarnations commissioned for that person. Personal names, relationships, astrology, story details, and archive memories are never used in another customer’s story.

How the studio learns

Echoes Before may retain anonymous, generalized craft lessons about storytelling quality—such as ways to improve emotional resonance, pacing, sensory detail, or the clarity of soul lessons. These studio learnings exclude customer names, emails, exact biographical details, private story events, and other identifying material. A customer may request correction or deletion of personal material, subject to payment, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.

Ownership and acceptable use

You may read, keep, print, and share your completed personal edition for noncommercial use. Echoes Before retains its underlying brand, production methods, templates, and service materials. You may not use the service to harass, impersonate, defame, or make harmful claims about another person.

Payments and delivery

Prices, formats, included revisions, and expected delivery timing are shown before payment. Card information is handled by the secure payment provider and is not stored by Echoes Before. Custom work begins according to the production status stated after purchase.
